Warranty

"This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

During this period, if the product does not function as advertised or is found to be defective, the manufacturer (GardPro) will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water, fall or improper handling of the smartwatch.

To claim this warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact the manufacturer (GardPro) for instructions on how to proceed. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product."

To make a claim under this warranty, the customer should follow the following steps:

Gather all necessary information and documents, including proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, and other relevant documents.

Contact GardPro customer service to inform them of the problem and provide the required information and documents. The customer service representative will assist the customer in determining whether the product is covered under warranty and provide instructions on how to proceed with the claim.

Follow the customer service representative's instructions, which may include returning the product to GardPro for inspection or repair. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product.

Once GardPro has received the product and verified that it is under warranty, they will repair or replace the product and return it to the customer. If the product is repaired, it will be returned to the customer in good working condition. If the product is replaced, it will be replaced with a new or refurbished product of the same model.
